Benefits to working with us
Holiday Allowance
Ecology Solutions offers 25 days annual leave per annum plus bank holidays, this is to increase by 1 day per work anniversary up to a maximum of 30 days, plus bank holidays.
Option to buy/sell Holidays
Ecology Solutions allow employees to buy holiday up to a maximum of 30 days overall, for example if you had 25 days per annum you could buy 5 more.
Ecology Solutions allow employees to sell down to 20 days, for example if you had 25 days per annum you could sell 5 days.
Time Off In Lieu (TOIL)
Ecology Solutions allows employees to accumulate up to 2 working days per month (15 hours) TOIL, this TOIL needs to be taken within 6 months.
Company Sick Pay
Once probation has been passed Ecology Solutions offer an enhances sick pay scheme, of 4 weeks in any rolling 12-month period paid in full.
Flexitime and Hybrid working
Hybrid working is allowed with a 60:40 ratio office:home.
We also offer a flexitime working, with core hours of 10:00 - 15:30
