Benefits to working with us
Holiday Allowance
Ecology Solutions provides 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. This allowance increases by one day per work anniversary, up to a maximum of 30 days, plus bank holidays.
Option to Buy/Sell Holidays
Employees can buy additional holiday days, up to a total of 30 days annually. For example, if you have 25 days per year, you can purchase up to 5 more. Employees can also sell back holiday days, down to a minimum of 20 days annually. For instance, if you have 25 days, you can sell up to 5 days.
Time Off In Lieu (TOIL)
Employees can accumulate up to 2 working days (15 hours) of TOIL per month. Accumulated TOIL must be used within 6 months.
Company Sick Pay
After passing the probationary period, Ecology Solutions offers an enhanced sick pay scheme, providing up to 4 weeks of full pay within any rolling 12-month period.
Flexitime and Hybrid Working
We offer a hybrid working model with a 60:40 ratio of office to home working. Additionally, our flexitime policy includes core working hours from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Discretionary Bonus Scheme
Our employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus scheme.
