Land North East of Malvern

A Sustainable Urban Extension to Malvern has been recently approved, comprising 800 new homes, 10ha of employment land, a local centre, sports facilities and comprehensive green infrastructure, including a significant wildlife area.  Led by Peter Hadfield, Ecology Solutions has been involved in the scheme since 2009, engaging with Worcestershire Wildlife Trust and the Local Planning Authority to agree an approach which takes full account of Badgers, bats, breeding birds, reptiles and Great Crested Newts.
